redesign: frutiger aero faux-OS desktop
replaces the old enter/index pages with a draggable-windows desktop
metaphor. wires last.fm now-playing, films.tylerhoang.xyz diary, and
a php visitor counter; keeps background music via /mus/mmt.mp3.
